About

The Mindrise Mission is to help high-achievers stop performing the life they built and start deliberately choosing the one they actually want.

You already know how to achieve. That’s never been the problem. The problem is that achievement on autopilot builds a life you never actually chose. We believe that to get to your next level, you have to create space ask the real questions–what do I need, how do I want to feel, what’s important to me–before any goal means much.

If you want to write your own rules If you want to hear yourself through the noise… and if you’re ready to build a life that’s actually yours, let’s do this!

About Our Founder

Bailey Frumen, MSW, LCSW, is a psychotherapist, author, speaker, and coach who works with high-achievers on the question of what comes after achievement.

She is the author of the forthcoming Wrecking Ball Revolution: How to Break Free Before Life Breaks You, which introduces her ACON Method — Awareness, Change, Ownership, New Normal — a four-step process for personal reinvention. Her clients are people who will keep succeeding either way; drive is how they’re wired. The book is for the ones who want more than momentum: who are ready to stop pushing through on instinct and start deliberately choosing the life they’re building, even when that means taking apart something that was working well enough.

Bailey founded Mindrise in 2013 and has spent more than a decade guiding ambitious leaders and entrepreneurs out of burnout, indecision, and the particular isolation that arrives at the top. She works through one-to-one coaching, mastermind groups, and retreats, and hosts The Mindrise Podcast.

Bailey is also the author of Own Your Power: Your Guide to Feeling Powerful, Fearless, and Free and the 90 Days to Elevate Journal, and a featured author in the international bestselling anthology Inspiration for a Woman’s Soul: Opening to Gratitude & Grace. Her work has appeared in the Huffington Post, Elephant Journal, Aspire Magazine, and Natural Awakenings.

Her central conviction is a simple one: you don’t have to wait for your life to fall apart before you give yourself permission to build something better.

Meet The Team

Jennifer Wielage

Jennifer Wielage

Jennifer Wielage once was far too intimate with 12-hour work days, a lukewarm spiritual practice, and panic attacks so severe that she was in and out of the ER. She turned herself around after investing thousands of dollars, and hours into getting to know herself and how to achieve her goals, and eventually grew to become a Mindrise-trained coach. She’s now on the wellness track and hasn’t looked back!

Jennifer’s coaching keeps a keen focus on the pesky details of life that sneak in and throw us out of whack. She is committed to sharing what worked and is extremely motivated to help support her fellow “balance seekers” as they transform their lives from chaos to calm. Her method for coaching is modeled on the colors of the rainbow: with seven aspects of daily living; seven colors to which they correspond.

Danielle Ford

Danielle Ford

Danielle is a firm believer in lifelong learning, balance, and being kind…to everyone. When she's not spending time with her loved ones, you can find her tinkering with her camera, exploring and appreciating nature (most often the beach) or learning something new. You might even find her at a vineyard or two…

Not too long ago, Danielle was standing in your shoes. For as long as she can remember, she's done whatever she's had to do just to make things work. Whether that meant working multiple jobs, 7 days a week, 100+ hours a week, she's done it. The problem? Burnout, exhaustion, stress, disconnection from life, you name it. With the help of some incredible mentors and a fantastic coach, she's finally found what she was born to do.

She came to the realization that throughout her life, she has often been in a coaching role in some form or fashion. The epiphany that the experiences she had in the roles of confidant, trusted advisor, problem-solver, and friend to many, was incredibly empowering. Finding creative solutions to both ordinary and complex problems is one of her superpowers. Helping others see their situation from another perspective and working together to turn problems into solutions, truly puts her in her happy place.

Benefits of Coaching

1.

Accountability

No one achieves greatness alone. You can take bigger actions and set bigger goals when you are answerable to someone who has been where you are, and done what you are doing.

2.

Expertise

Learning curves are for college kids, and baby, you’re not on campus any more! If you don’t have the time or freedom to make mistakes, you’ve got to bring in the big guns, and we’ve got them!

3.

Speed

Shrink time through fewer errors and less research! Achieve more, stress less.

4.

Results

If you are going to show up, show up first. Winning is accomplishing what you want, and we will forge the champion inside you, together.

5.

Certainty

Second guesses are for amateur decision makers. Mindrise makes sure you’ll evaluate your options rapidly and effectively, and that you will always be making the right choices.

5 Mistakes People Make When Hiring a Coach

1. Paying Someone Who is Not an Expert

Don’t pay for someone else’s education… its messy! Pay for your own!

2. Choosing Someone Who Doesn’t Know How To Teach

They may have been there/done that, but can they teach it? Can they meet you where you are? Can they give you patience, empathy, and understanding... or the challenges that you deserve? Most can’t. At Mindrise, we do it every day.

3. Looking For Support From an Unsupportive Person

You need someone who has your back, your front, and your future… someone that you can lean on. You need someone who will be your trusted advisor and sounding board. We take your dreams, and we make them our missions.

4. Picking a Person that Doesn’t Have a Plan

Without a repeatable, proven and truly proprietary system, there won’t be results for you to mirror. You shouldn’t need a machete, binoculars, and hiking boots to follow your coach’s path.

5. Selecting Someone That Doesn’t Understand You

If they lack knowledge, world-view, or experience to truly get how you are wired, they shouldn’t be getting your money, time, or attention!
