Bailey and Jennifer are joined by conscious communications consultant, experienced industry and community leader, adjunct professor, and poet Meredith Z. Avakian to talk about another beautiful way to embrace life: doing something for the first time everyday.

During the past 20 years Meredith has been focused on her public relations career.  She has been nationally recognized and awarded for her work, leadership positions, community outreach and dedication to the profession.

Meredith reached success, but although she felt successful she was feeling stranded too. This led to a new path of “firsts” which consisted of doing something new every day. Soon this new journey turned into a lifestyle that has helped her transform her life; she has been able to overcome trauma and fears, and stop living under other’s expectations. With a higher calling, Meredith has created a sense of healing throughout her divorce, unplanned pregnancy, losing her mom and starting a new business.

Meredith, Jennifer and Bailey dive deep into what is a “first” and the importance of doing something new everyday , the importance of showing up and telling your own story and how to stop living under others expectations.

Furthermore they talk about why you should be mindful in everything you do and how to embody resilience. Dive in! And learn how to do things differently and live life doing what lights you up!
