How honest are you with yourself? Bridget Riepl proposes that knowing what it is that you want to feel is what allows you to align your path and fuel that passion that will help you get there. In her case, the ultimate feeling she wanted to pursue was freedom. She realized early on that her law career wouldn’t get her to where she wanted to be, and this allowed her to pivot her life entirely.

Bridget focused on being a yoga teacher, and her great timing and eye for unresolved needs allowed her to become very successful at it. She was honest with herself and she advises everyone to do the same. That honesty is what will allow you to identify what you really want out of life. After this, you can start looking for the path that will get you there. And through it all, remember to find the bright spots and let in the light that will guide you towards your path.
