I’ve been thereburnt out and exhausted from doing all the things—navigating a pandemic, becoming a solo mom, owning a business – some days even grocery shopping felt like climbing Mount Everest. It was everything I could do to just get out of bed and put one foot in front of the other.

Much like everyone else, during the pandemic I fell into the trap of just being in survival mode. I felt like I was never doing/having enough. I expected so much from myself, far beyond what is remotely possible for any human and inevitably burnt myself out – eventually I began to feel like little pieces of myself were just chipping away, I was losing me.
