Power in Action: 4 Questions to Utilize Your Strengths in Leadership
Own Your Power Podcast with Bailey Frumen, MSW, LCSW
In this episode we will put our power into action by examining the four questions to utilize our strengths in leadership. As author and modern-day thought leader Marianne Williamson once wrote, “It takes courage to endure the sharp pains of self discovery, rather than choose the dull pain of unconsciousness that will last for the rest of our lives.” This episode will helps us to anchor into the work of self-discovery to implement lasting change and solidify the changes you have invited into your life by learning to shift your mindset, get clear about what you want, and finally own your power.
There’s an interesting paradox that exists as we create new pathways and belief systems. As we start to make a shift away from our old beliefs and ways of doing things, we sometimes become afraid of confidently stepping into our power.
If we want our lives to look differently, we’ve got to do things in a different way. Owning your power doesn’t happen when you judge yourself for “not getting it right.” Instead, it happens when you’ve decided to do things differently in order to live a more vibrant life.
