Have you ever asked yourself, “what is my purpose?” Knowing what your purpose in life is can be hard to understand. One of the first things you need to know is who you are, a question that you might avoid sometimes. This is especially true when it goes against preconceptions you might have of yourself of what has been predetermined by society. In order to find your purpose you have to be able to open up to new ideas but also be able to look back. When you look back at your younger self, you might find that you had greater confidence in your beliefs before the world told you who you were.

In this episode, we talk about how to connect with yourself to identify your purpose and commit to it. We also talk about the importance of taking a look at what your dreams were and where you are right now regarding them. Did you give up on your big ideas? Are you living them right now? We talk about how connecting with your inner child can give you a different perspective regarding where you are right now and where you want to be.

We also talk about identifying what feels good to you, what makes you feel alive, which leads you to your true purpose in life.
